I've been told that Crazy McAwesome Goat deserves his own campfire and I couldn't agree more. Here he is again for his encore performance and some of his goaty friends. Feel free to post any amusing animal videos you've found that bring the lols. Goats just happen to be one of my favorite animals.

I apologize if this has been brought up already but personally, I need some at least half decent answers for this. Someone please explain this whole permanent fic pulling business. To be honest, 'I've heard most of the general reasons and they just don't hold up for me. I feel like, if you can't handle the drama that may or may not crop up, don't post your fics to begin with. I'm not talking about published work, just fics that are pulled for [insert reason here].

Yes it belongs to the author, of course. However, well...I could say a few choice things about it but I'm sure it's a fairly sensitive subject as it is and I know we probably have someone here who will get offended if I let my mouth run away with the spoon.

I'll put it simply. I don't agree with it. If you can handle drama, post. If not, don't bother. This may be fanfiction but the realities of writing still apply.

I'm a fan of people spilling their guts, be in negative or positive, so by all means let it flow! I'd like to know people's honest opinions on this if you feel like sharing.

We all Most of us saw 10 second Eclipse trailer. Who would you pick for each character (down to the high school gang and tribe members... and dare I say it, Renesmee) if you were in charge of casting the Twilight Saga movies? So, I'm planning on writing a Murder Mystery fic. But before I start I want to know how to write one well. I have most of the plot and the end of the story planned. Here's where YOU come in. Can anyone recommend me some good (real) mystery books?  Any type will do; Detective, Cop, PI, Cleaning ladies, Single Moms, the guy next door solving a mystery. Pardon my spelling. I'm kind of embarresed to admit that I had never heard most of the Artists and bands. I knew Paramore and Linking Park, for twilight, and that was it.

And I only knew Death Cab for Cutie on the New Moon Soundtrack.

It's kind of sad and pathetic because I like to believe I'm very diverse with my music, and I listen to just about every kind of music but I had no clue who these people were.

I loved the Twilight Soundtrack completely. I know all the songs and have the entire Soundtack on my Zune, though I dont understand what some of the songs mean they are very catchy and addictive. I guess if I really took the time to read the lyrics I would understand better. But I love the songs nonetheless.

I didnt like the New Moon CD as much as I loved the Twilight one. But I still bought it and put it on my Zune

I did like the songs Meet me on the Equinox, Possibility, White Deamon Love Song, and Roslyn. The others didn't really speak to me though.

What I really want to know is did you like the Soundtracks? Would you rather more publicly known Singers?

I am here to beg and plea and then beg some more for your help. I read a one-shot half an hour ago and IT JUST WON'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD.

Wanna know what it was about? Charlie. And Bella. Having sex. And it was consensual.

I'm traumatized.

The author only puts the warning "unusual paring" in her summary and you have no way of knowing that you're about to read about a fucking incest. *shudders*

So yeah, I'm deeply disturbed and extremely irked by Charlie at the moment. And Bella, too. An I know I have no reason to be, but I just keep having this mental image in my brain, and gah... So I need a good (or several?) one-shot about canon Charlie (you know, the overprotective papa bear we all love), and some E/B fluff, too. Any recs?

Please, help a girl in need? Pretty please?

Let's talk about fics that you find REALISTIC.

What fic made you believe it all the way through? What fic did you relate to the characters and the plotline so much that you swore the author was spying on you? Even if not a whole fic, have you ever read some really relistic moments?

I found Unexpected by Ooohlala pretty true to life. Don't ask me for the link. It's been pulled. Sucks, I know.

I don't know what picture represents things that are realistic. When I google imaged it, it was gross. So thank me for just posting this instead (and thanks to patsy robinson for making it):

I should be working on my CV and a job application right now but oh procrastination how I love thee.

We see a lot of requests for fic suggestions on ADF and I just had a sudden flash of inspiration.  

What if...there was a site which worked like a database of good fics which made it easy to search for what you wanted?  It wouldn't host the stories, just link to them, and readers could suggest them as they stumbled upon them.  People could also add 'tags' to each story to make it easy to find similar stories.

So, fr'instance, you fancy a rich Edward like Lara79 a few campfires back.  You pick a tag closest to that description and see what comes up.

I'd love to make it reality but I don't think my technical knowledge is anywhere near good enough to create this (I can use HTML and CSS and systems like Access and Excel...and I do tend to pick things up quickly but I've never gone anywhere near database code like PhP before).

So...is there anybody technically minded out there that would want to work with me on this?  OR can anyone suggest free/cheap software that would actually make this a piece of cake to create?  Like I said, I learn quickly.  I've used things like Sharepoint before as well (also have access to Dreamweaver and MS Expressions Web).  Maybe it's not as complicated as I think it would be...

Let me know if you think this is a lame idea as well so I can get over being all excited about it and go back to doing what I should be doing.

I'm looking for a rich successful edward and a Bella that's not a super business woman or an heiress, just a normal girl getting by. They can be set in high school too cos i love those fics, ha ha. Yeah I know, but I can't help it.

Also happy for Edward to be a bit of a player but please no bitchy player Bellas cos I've already read two fics like that today and i need a change. As you can tell I'm having one of those 'I can't stop reading days'.

The director choice. This guy has only created 2 movies, not including Eclipse, and they were thrillers. Other than that all he's directed have been music videos. Couldn't they have picked someone with more experiance and someone who knew more about this specific genre of the movie? Jesus they know millions will watch it they could have tried a little hard.

Or my biggest Complaint.

That god awful wig of Kristens. That damn thing will surely bug me throughout the movie.

I love Kristen till death really, but honestly her acting in the series hasn't been that great. Could have been worse but not great.
